Pick the amount above and check out securely online. It takes about a minute.
It's emailed on the day you choose
Enter their name and email, pick a delivery date, and add a personal message. The card and its code arrive in their inbox that day.
They book online and redeem it
At checkout they turn on the Redeem a gift card switch and enter the code. See where it is.

The gift card box is easy to miss at checkout, so here's exactly where it is.
- Pick a service and time at greenville.dexafit.com, then fill in your details.
- Skip the coupon box. Gift card codes don't work there. Just below it, turn on the Redeem a gift card switch.
- Enter your code and click Apply. Look just under the code field: it shows the amount applied and what's left to pay. The Total amount box on the right doesn't update until you book, so go by the lines under the code. If the booking costs more than the card, pay the difference by card. Any balance left stays on your code.
What they can use it on
Every test is done at our studio on Old Buncombe Road. DEXA, RMR and VO2 Max results are reviewed with them on the big screen before they leave and saved in the DexaFit app.
DEXA Body Scan
Body fat, lean muscle and belly fat (visceral fat), broken down by arms, legs and trunk.
RMR Metabolism Test
Measures their resting metabolism. The DexaFit app turns it into daily calorie targets to lose fat, maintain or build muscle.
VO2 Max Test
Measures cardio fitness and sets personal heart-rate training zones. Walk, run or cycle.
Bone Density Scan
A medical-grade DEXA bone density scan. Add a physician review of the results for $349 total.

Gift card questions
Do the cards expire?
No. DexaFit Greenville gift cards have no expiration date.
Can they use it on a different service than the one on the card?
Yes. The service on each card shows what the amount covers, but the card works toward any service we offer. If the booking costs more, they pay the difference at checkout.
What happens to money left on the card?
It stays on the card. The remaining balance shows when they enter the code at checkout, and they can use it on a future visit.
How do they redeem it?
They book online at greenville.dexafit.com and choose a service and time. On the payment step, they turn on the Redeem a gift card switch (just below the coupon box), enter the code and click Apply. See where it is.
The code says it's not a valid coupon. What's wrong?
It was probably entered in the coupon box. Gift card codes go in their own box: turn on the Redeem a gift card switch just below the coupon box and enter the code there.
Can I schedule it for a birthday or holiday?
Yes. Choose a delivery date at checkout and the card is emailed to them that day, along with your message if you add one.
Can I give it in person?
Yes. Choose "Myself" at checkout and the card comes to your email, so you can print it or forward it when you're ready.
Can it be used at other DexaFit locations?
No. These cards are only valid at DexaFit Greenville, 5013 Old Buncombe Road, Greenville, SC 29617.
Is there anything to know before gifting a DEXA scan?
DEXA body scans and RMR tests are for ages 18 and up. DEXA scans aren't done during pregnancy, and the scanner holds up to 350 lbs. If any of that could apply, the card still works toward any other service we offer.
What if the code gets lost?
Treat the code like cash and keep the email. If it goes missing, call us at (864) 990-4425 or email greenville@dexafit.com and we'll help.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable once issued and can't be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Appointments booked with a gift card follow our standard cancellation policy: reschedule up to 48 hours before the visit.
