Absolutely — it's the most common path. Many clients start with a $149 DEXA Body Scan, see their numbers, and add an RMR or VO2 Max on a later visit once they know what they want to track. There's no penalty for starting small.

You can reschedule yourself online, free, as many times as you need — just use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation, as long as each change is made at least 48 hours before your appointment (the link expires at that point). Within 48 hours of your appointment, call us at 864-990-4425; a $45 fee per scheduled test applies to late changes and cancellations. We'd much rather you reschedule than rush in unprepared, since fasting and rest genuinely affect your results.

The DEXA Body Scan ($149) measures your full body composition — body fat percentage, lean muscle, visceral fat, and overall bone density. The DEXA BMD Scan is a separate, site-specific scan of the hips and lower spine used for osteoporosis screening. If you're not sure which you need, call us and we'll point you to the right one.
